Gluten-Free Swedish Meatballs – Traditional IKEA Recipe / Glutenfria Köttbullar

In this video I will show you how to make one of Swedens most classic dishes, meatballs with boiled potatoes and lingonberry sauce.

I've eaten this A LOT growing up and I wanted to share this bellowed dish with you guys. I've adjusted the recipe to make it gluten-free since I'm intolerant to gluten.

Here are the ingredients:

– 500g of mixed meat (pork and beef)
– 1dl (100g?) of Breadcrums (gluten-free)
– 1,5dl (150ml) Milk
– 1 Onion
– Salt and Pepper
– 1 mg (kryddmått) of Allspice
– 1 Egg

Creamy Brown Sauce (Gräddsås)

– 2 Tbs of Flour
– 1/2 dl of Cream
– 1dl of Milk
– 1 Beef Stock Cube
– 1 tsp of Soy Sauce
– 3dl Warm Water (To scrape of the frying pan)

Boil potatoes in some salt and dill and serve with lingonberry sauce or cranberry sauce.
