GREEN IN A GLASS

1 ½ ounces Grey Goose Vodka
2 dill fronds
2 dashes of celery bitters
1 dash habanero shrub
1 bar spoon mescal
1 ½ ounces green tomato juice
½ ounce tonic syrup

In a mixing tin, muddle 1 dill frond with the bitters and shrub. Combine all other ingredients with dill and bitters and shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass. Add a 1×1 inch ice cube and garnish with dill frond.
