Grilled Teriyaki Tacos with Jalapeño Slaw



Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce and tacos? Absolutely. These grilled teriyaki tacos with jalapeño slaw are a great way to enjoy steak all summer long.

Grilled Teriyaki Tacos with Jalapeño Slaw
Makes 8 tacos

1 ½ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce (Original)
1 lb skirt steak
8 tortillas

Jalapeño Slaw
¼ cup daikon, julienned
2 Tbsp carrot, julienned
¼ cup watermelon, diced
2 Tbsp scallions, sliced diagonally
½ jalapeño, sliced
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Pour Kikkoman teriyaki sauce over steak in a baking dish or Ziploc bag and marinate for 1 hour.
Toss slaw ingredients together and season to taste.
Drip excess marinade off meat.
Grill steak in a skillet or grill pan at medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice against the grain.
Heat tortillas on a skillet or flame.
Fill tacos with steak and top with slaw.
