Guilt-Free Raw Chocolate Mousse | Erwan Heussaff



A rich, creamy and chocolatey indulgent snack with none of the guilt.

2 large ripe avocados
2 tbsp of unsweetened cacao powder
1 drop of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of honey
1 pinch of fine salt

1.) Place avocados and cacao powder in the food processor, blend until smooth.
2.) Sweeten with honey and some salt.
3.) Place in the fridge for at least an hour before consuming.
