Tools & Equipment:
Knife
Piping bag
Piping tip (I used a loyal #20 round piping tip)
Ingredients:
Cupcake
Buttercream frosting (I tinted mine blue)
A piece of caramel fudge (you can use chocolate fudge if you want a darker hat)
White chocolate melts, or white candy melts
