Cute and EASY Harry Potter Sorting Hat Cupcakes for the ultimate Harry Potter fan! These are the second of THREE great Harry Potter Cupcakes we are releasing over the next few weeks, including the Snitch cupcake and the Broomstick cupcake.
LOTS of requests for these cupcakes and I am so excited by the designs tht we came up with for you guys. I hope you love them as much as I do!

Tools & Equipment:
Baking paper (wax or greaseproof paper)
Knife
Piping bag
Piping tip (I used a loyal #20 round piping tip)
Ingredients:
Cupcake
Buttercream frosting (I tinted mine red using Americolour Tulip Red colour paste)
A piece of caramel fudge (you can use chocolate fudge if you want a darker hat)
