Hey everyone! Today is the first episode in my new series Cooking With Liv! I am starting off with some healthy fall breakfast ideas! Healthy breakfasts are my favourite especially warm ones as the weather gets cooler! Hope you enjoy these fall breakfasts and healthy recipes!

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

1/2 cup oats
3/4 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
Dash teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Caramel Apple Pie Smoothie

1 Tbsp flaxseed
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 medium apple frozen
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Sweet Potato Bowl

1/2 banana
Splash almond milk (to help mash banana)
1 sweet potato
Dash Cinnamon
Toppings of choice
