Get ready to use ORGANIC coconut meat shipped to you:
Make your own healthy vegan crepes. Using a dehydrator instead of oven or hotplate keeps the enzymes and life force intact in the food. Cara Brotman shows how easy it is using only coconut meat and maple syrup or the healthy zero calorie non glycemic MarkusSweet. She also shows how to make your own healthy non dairy whipped cream

Crepe
1 cup tightly packed coconut meat
3/4 cup coconut water
1 tsp. sweetener 
1 tsp vanilla

Add all ingredients to blender and blend till very smooth.  Pour onto dehydrator sheet and spread to a thin, even circle with offset spatula.  Dehydrate for about an hour, then check if crepe is ready to flip by gently pulling up a corner.  If there is batter left on the dehydrator sheet it is not ready to flip and you should return crepe to dehydrator for another 40 minutes or so.
When top is dry and ready, place another dehydrator shelf with mesh over the sheet with the crepe.  Gently flip upside down so crepe is now on top.  peel dehydrator paper from crepe and put in dehydrator for another 20 to 30 minutes or until all batter has dried but crepe is still pliable.  
Lay out on a plate, add fruit or cream or both inside and roll or flip one side over.  Add a little cream on the side and serve.

Healthy Vegan Creme
1 cup cashews or any nut
1/2 cup water
1 TableSpoon Maple Syrup

Blend in blender until smooth
