Here’s an easy, healthy & TASTY buddha bowl recipe you guys can make! It’s vegan and can be made gluten free if you use gluten free soy sauce. ENJOY!

2c cooked brown rice
1 brick of firm tofu
1c shredded carrots
2c mixed greens
2c broccoli
1c chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans)
1c red lentils (soaked overnight)
2T olive oil
1/4c soy sauce
1/4c 100% pure maple syrup
1/4c peanut butter
2T chili garlic sauce
2T sesame oil
