This homemade strawberry banana ice cream is very easy to make, and it is deliciously addicting. I try to eat as natural as possible and this ice cream really fills in my sweet tooth cravings when i'm in the mood for something sweet. The great thing about this recipe is that it only requires a few ingredients, and less than 5 minutes to make. It is also all natural so it has no added sugars, preservatives, nor it will spike your insulin levels. Usually store bought ice cream can have us feeling sluggish afterwards or bloat or stomach with all of that dairy. However, this particular ice cream is packed with antioxidants from the strawberries, potassium from the bananas, and the coconut cream is not only delicious.. but it has so many benefits.
