Would you like to surprise your kids or your loved one with a special cookie for S.Valentine? What about a "see through" heart glass cookie?
I prepared a gluten free cookie dough, very soft. I really liked the great texture that came from the almond flour, a little crumbly.
My little Luca spent so much time playing with the cookies in front of the window. He was so amazed by the light going through the central heart that he didn't want even to eat the cookie in order not to ruin his light toy 🙂
Well…we ended up eating the cookies after sunset and they were buttery delicious.
