Frankie takes a weekend favorite and puts a Holiday spin on it. Be it breakfast or brunch, you will love trying this recipe with family and friends!

Ingredients

4–6 eggs (or more as needed)
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt
2 Tbsp butter
1 loaf brioche, sliced into thick pieces
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Sliced oranges
Blueberries

Steps

1.) In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon and salt until combined.
2.) Brown butter in a medium skillet.
3.) Dip bread slices in egg mixture, turning until well coated.
4.) Add bread slices to skillet and cook until nicely browned on each side.
5.) Remove to a plate and garnish with maple syrup, powdered sugar and fruit.
