Want to go gluten free but don’t want to spend a fortune? In this video, I’ll show you where exactly the best place to shop gluten free on a budget is- and it’s not a specific store but rather the area of whatever store you frequent.

Want some good insight on gluten and it’s impact on our bodies? Check out the book “Wheat Belly.” Great stuff!

Gluten free has become the newest diet trend. But beware- just because a product has “gluten free” slapped on the label doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Marketers are using this term for profit, just like they did with the labels “sugar free” and “fat free.” My general rule of thumb- stay away from products sporting these labels. Just because something is gluten free doesn’t mean it’s healthy.

The best way to go gluten free on a budget is to stick to the periphery of the store. Think fresh fruits, veggies, lean all natural sources of protein & non-gluten grains like quinoa or brown rice. Prepping your own food is always the absolute BEST way to go when you have weight loss and/or health in mind.

Don’t be fooled by labels! Stick to whole foods as much as possible.
