http://www.thefndc.com/ Everyone knows (or should know) that I love a good ale. Last year, our viewer Dylan suggested we show how to make a Black and Tan, and that’s just what we’re going to do. The tan part, the pale ale goes on the bottom, and the Guinness (or other stout) floats up on top. The trick is to pour the bottom quickly, and pour the top portion slowly. It all looks amazing when you’re able to layer two different types of ale correctly. All toast to the Black and Tan!
