Ingredients: for 2 cups

1 1/2 cups of water
1 star anise
2 slices of fresh ginger
2 tea bags (I used darjeeling, you can also use ceylon or english breakfast)
2 cinnamon sticks
5 all spice balls
5-6 peppercorns
5 cloves
5 cardamon seeds
2 cups of soy milk (or milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon of condensed milk (or honey)
cream and nutmeg to top
