How to Make a Chick-Fil-A Sandwich

Recipe below. For those of you who don't have a Chick-Fil-A in your state, you don't have to miss out anymore! You can recreate this classic sandwich from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Chick-Fil-A Sandwich
2 small boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil, for frying
2 soft hamburger buns
1 tablespoon butter
4 dill pickle slices

1.Fill a cast-iron pan with 1/4-inch vegetable oil and heat to 350F.
2.Combine egg and milk in a shallow dish and whisk in 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
2.In a shallow dish whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, paprika, cayenne, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in egg mixture and then dry ingredients. Fry in preheated oil, 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
3.In cast iron skillet, toast hamburger buns with butter. Serve chicken on toasted buns with dill pickle slices.
