A perfect side dish for the holiday season. Creamy and delicious!
Ingredients: (for a small baking dish)
4-5 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
150ml of cream
250ml of sour cream
1/2 packet of french onion soup mix
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
pepper to taste
grated cheese (I used a mixture of gruyere, cheddar and parmesan)
Baking time will depend on how thick you cut the potatoes. Use a skewer to test if they are soft.
