Filet-o-Fish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet relish
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 frozen fish fillet patties, square shape if possible
4 soft hamburger buns
8 slices American cheese
1.Combine mayonnaise, sweet relish, dried onion, lemon juice, salt and sugar in bowl and reserve.
2.Cook fish fillets to package instructions.
3.Toast bun in a pan, remove and immediately place 2 slices of cheese on the bottom of the bun, allowing it to melt slightly. Top with a warm fillet-o-fish and spread tartar sauce on top.
