HOW TO MAKE A LEMON CHEESECAKE SLICE

With that great combination of sweet and tangy, this smooth and creamy cheesecake slice is definitely a must try! 🙂

Ingredients:

200g of digestive biscuits (or other of your choice)
about 85g of butter
500g of cream cheese
1/2 cup of whipping/thickened cream
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
2 eggs
the juice of 1 1/2 lemons (depending on taste)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
lemon curd to top (optional) (in a future video I will show you how to make your own) you can use 1 store bought bottle for this recipe

Bake for 40-45 mins 160c, 325f
