How To Make A Quick Beef Stir Fry (gluten free)

A simple recipe for making beef stir fry, which also happens to be gluten free. Caribbean cookbook author Chris De La Rosa shares his take on a Caribbean inspired beef stir fry with an assortment of bell peppers. Thin slices of beef are marinated in Caribbean green seasoning, then quickly cooked on a high heat, with peppers, ginger and scallions for a delicious, healthy and quick dish.

For this gluten free beef stir fry you’ll need..

3/4 lbs beef (thinly sliced across the grain)
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 scallions
3 cups bell peppers
3 thin slices of ginger
2 cloves of garlic diced
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 teaspoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Caribbean browning
