Quick, simple and very delicious! Perfect for your next dessert 🙂
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of plain flour
1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
4 1/2 tablespoons of buttermilk (you can use plain milk if you can’t find buttermilk)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 – 1 teaspoon of red food colouring
Frosting:
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
Bake in the microwave for 1 1/2 – 2 mins on high
