Deliciously tangy, fresh and full of flavour. Perfect for pasta or spread on crusty bread.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 cups of basil leaves (packed)
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of lemon and lime juice (about 1/2 lemon and 1 full lime)
1 clove of garlic
1/8 cup of pine nuts
1/2 cup of cashews
salt and pepper to taste
