These carrot cupcakes are moist and very delicious, the secret is to add both grated carrot and apple to the batter
Ingredients
160 g all-purpose flour/maida
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
115 g butter, at room temperature2 cups 225 g regular sugar
2 large eggs
3 tbsp warm milk
2 medium carrots, grated
1 medium apple, grated
Hand full off walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped
