Ingredients: (makes 5-6)
6 medium tortillas (warmed – it makes them easier to roll without tearing)

8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of caster sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of lemon rind
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract / essence
