Devilishly naughty! These choc caramel brownies are deliciously rich and fudgy. Soooo good! 🙂
Ingredients:
200g of butter
200g of dark chocolate
1 1/4 cups of caster sugar (superfine sugar)
3/4 cup of plain flour
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
3 eggs + 2 egg yolks
choc caramel biscuits (caramel crowns)
Caramel sauce:
60g of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of water
1/3 cup of cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Bake for 40-45 (depending on oven). You don’t want to overcook them, or they won’t be fudgy!)
