HOW TO MAKE CREME BRULEE (MARSHMALLOW) FUDGE

Sweet and creamy with that gorgeous crunchy top. This fudge is just divine!

Ingredients:

150ml evaporated milk
60g of butter
2 cups of sugar
250g of white chocolate
200g of marshmallows
Sugar to top

* Unfortunately my brulee torch ran out of steam filming this, so I didn’t get the top as entirely finished as I would like. But you get the gist! 🙂
