A different way to make a standard cheesecake. With the two different chocolates combined with the chocolate biscuit base, you are just going to love this!!!
Ingredients:
1 pkt chocolate biscuits, 250g (I used Arnott’s Choc Ripples)
100g butter
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp gelatine powder
2 x 250g pkts cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup thickened cream
3/4 cup caster sugar
150g white chocolate
50g dark chocolate
