I’ve been wanting to try fried ice cream for so long! I mean just the name of it makes me so curious! This fried ice cream recipe is fantastic! I don’t have anything to compare it to so I just had to take my husband’s word for it when he said “it belonged in a restaurant!” and it was “the best fried ice cream he’d ever had”.
I could have seriously eaten 3 of these things! That hot, crunchy coating paired up with that cold, soft served ice cream is so epic!
