കുട്ടികൾക്ക്സ് എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തയാറാക്കി കൊടുക്കാവുന്ന എഗ്ഗ് റോൾ പറാത്ത

See the ingredients
Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Oil-2 tspn
Water-as needed
Salt
Eggs-2
Onion-2 tblspn chopped
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Pepper Powder-a pinch
Chilli Powder-a pinch
Mint leaves chopped-1 tspn
Salt

Make a soft chapathi dough adding enough warm water,salt and little oil.Divide the dough into 2 parts.Make a thin chapathi.Spread some ghee and then fold it into square.Again roll it to form a sqaure paratha.

Add onion,powders,mint leaves and salt to egg.Beat well

Cook paratha in a thawa .Flip and cook on both sides.When it starts to bubble up,add half of egg mixture and spread it.Cover and cook for few seconds.Then flip and cook for couple of more seconds.Roll the paratha.Spread some more ghee.
Make the second paratha the same way
