HOW TO MAKE FERRERO ROCHER CAKE POPS

They taste just like a ferrero rocher, but with a different surprise inside. Definitely a must try!

Ingredients: (makes 15 cake pops)

500g of chocolate cake
6-7 large dessert spoons of nutella (the amount of nutella you will need depends on the density of the cake you use)
1/2 cup of roughly chopped (but small) hazelnuts
1/4 cup of crushed wafer biscuits

1/4 cup of finely crushed hazelnuts
1/4 cup of crushed wafer biscuits
250g of milk chocolate
150g of dark chocolate
1 large dessert spoon of nutella

NOTE: Add a little of the wafer hazlenut mix to the chocolate at a time. You don’t want to make the mixture too thick as it will difficult to coat the cake pops. Adding a little vegetable oil helps thin the chocolate out as well 🙂
