How to Make Gluten Free Almond Flour Pizza Crust in Minutes

Based off of Elana Amsterdam’s almond flour pizza crust recipe with a few tweaks. This crust comes out light and crunchy, like a savory cookie. YUM!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of blanched almond flour

1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt (I like Redmond Real Salt)

1/4 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil

1 large egg

1 teaspoon of your favorite savory herbs (Italian Seasoning, rosemary, basil & sun dried tomato)

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix in a large bowl all of the ingredients. Press into a greased non-stick pan, or roll between parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

Take out of oven and dress with your favorite yummy toppings. We did tomato sauce, chicken, garlic, colby jack cheese, and cilantro on the pizza shown below. You can get fancy and make a chili or even an alfredo pizza too!
