Learn how to make graduation cupcakes in this video tutorial.

Ingredients:
• prepared cupcakes
• prepared buttercream (ivory, brown, black)
• small round tips, (Wilton #2, #3)
• mini red heart sprinkles
• melted chocolate
• fruit by the foot/fruit roll up
• mini M&M's
• candy eyes

Procedure:
1. On a piece of parchment paper, or a silicone tray liner, spread melted chocolate out in a thin layer. Allow to harden.
2. Prepare cupcakes and buttercream. Place one cup of each of the three buttercream colours into 3 piping bags, each fitted with a small round tip. Place #2 tip on the black bag.
3. Cover prepared cupcakes in ivory or brown buttercream, and ensure that surface is flat.
4. Using black icing bag, pipe a mouth onto the cupcake and place the red heart sprinkle where the tongue would be.
5. Switching to the ivory buttercream (or brown if brown is base colour), allow small round mounds to grow (squeezing piping bag) for cheeks and for a nose.
6. Place candy eyes onto cupcake and using the small black piping bag, cover the pupils to make them look more realistic.
7. Use the brown or black buttercream to make swirls for the hair.
8. Once chocolate is hardened, cut into a 2"x 2" square using a sharp knife and place square on top of the hair.
9. Cut fruit roll up into thin strips and attach to the top of the hat using a small amount of buttercream or melted chocolate.
10. Attach an M&M to the top of the fruit roll up strands.
11. Serve immediately, or store in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
