Ingredients: (makes about 10-12 donuts)

1 cup reduced fat milk
1 tablespoon of butter (extra for melting later)
2 1/2 cups of plain flour
3/4 cups of caster sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Cinnamon sugar:
1/2 cup caster sugar
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Glaze:
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
milk
colouring

Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown at 200 degrees celsius
