Mac & Cheese Tacos
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup leftover mac and cheese
Splash of milk
2 hard taco shells
Shredded cheddar cheese, to serve
Salsa, to serve
Sour Cream, to serve
1.Preheat a skillet with the vegetable oil over medium heat. When the oil is hot add the ground beef and taco seasoning and cook until the meat is brown and cooked through. Reserve.
2.In another saucepan reheat the mac and cheese with a splash of milk until warm. Fill taco shells with mac and cheese, ground meat and top with your favorite fixins.
