Mac & Cheese Pepperoni Pizza
10 cups leftover mac and cheese
24 ounces tomato sauce
5 cups shredded Mozzarella
1 5-ounce package sliced Pepperoni
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Dried Oregano, to taste
1.Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2.Spread leftover mac and cheese evenly over a 9×13-inch baking sheet. Top with tomato sauce, cheese blend, pepperoni, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the mac and cheese forms a crust on the bottom.
