HOW TO MAKE MAYONNAISE

Quick and easy, delicious and creamy. Nothing quite beats homemade.

Ingredients: (makes 1 cup)

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 vegetable oil
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Should last about a week.
