HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN SLICE

Definitely something you wouldn’t eat every day, but you must at least try it once! Gooey, creamy with just a little bit of crunch! Definitely a taste sensation!

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
180g of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
170g of reese’s mini peanut butter cups
1 bag of caramels (or see my recipe for making your own) + 1/8 cup of milk + 1 large spoon of marshmallow fluff.

Bake for 25-30 mins until golden brown. Each oven is different so keep an eye on it. Let the base come to room temperature once cooked.
