HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW MERINGUE KISSES

Crunchy and sweet, with a lovely vanilla flavour.

Ingredients:

4 egg whites (room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar
1/2 cup of super fine (caster) sugar
2/3 cup of powdered sugar (sifted)
1-2 tablespoons of vanilla

*NOTES*
Store in an air tight container
If dipping in chocolate, you can place them in the fridge to set for a couple of minutes. If you store them in the fridge until ready to eat, be mindful they may be just a touch sticky, but not much 🙂
