Shake It Up Ice Cream
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 vanilla bean, scraped
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
Ice
1 cup kosher salt
Fresh raspberries, for garnish
1.In a gallon size resealable plastic bag combine the heavy cream, vanilla bean, sweetened condensed milk, and frozen raspberries.
2.Fill a large container 3/4 of the way up with ice. Add the kosher salt and stir to combine. Place bag in the container, making sure ice is all around the bag. Seal container and shake 15 minutes. Remove frozen ice cream from bag and serve immediately with fresh raspberries.
