Want to make something spesh for Valentine’s day .. give these a go! Incredibly creamy and delicious. Multiple layers of yumminess! 🙂
Ingredients: (makes 2 large cups) (3 small cups)
BASE:
1 cup of graham crackers or digestive biscuits + extra for sprinkling
4-5 tablespoons of melted butter
CHEESECAKE:
1 packet of cream cheese (250g)
1/2 cup of condensed milk
1/4 cup of cream
15 (medium sized) marshmallows melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
GANACHE:
120g chocolate
1/3 cup of cream
EXTRAS
Marshmallows to melt over the top
Chocolate chips
