My family LOVES this Gluten Free Cornbread Recipe . It is delicious and healthy!

1 1/2 c Masa Flour
1/2 almond flour (or flour of choice)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 c honey
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2c milk of choice
2 tbsp soft butter
2 tbsp butter (to melt in pan)

Set oven to 425 degrees F
Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl
Mix next 4 in a small bowl
Put wet ingredients into dry bowl and stir until just combined. Allow this to sit 5 minutes.
Put 2 tbsp butter into 8×8 square pan and place in oven.
Pour batter into pan with melted butter and bake for 20 minutes (or until edges are slightly brown.
Let cool and enjoy!
