Ingredients (makes 12)

1 1/4 cups of plain flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
60 g butter (room temp)
1 egg
3/4 cup of raw sugar
1/2 cup of buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of white vinegar
Red food colouring

White chocolate cream cheese frosting:

1 3/4 cups of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
125g of cream cheese (room temp)
1/4 cup of melted white chocolate
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100g butter room temp

Extra white chocolate to fill the cupcakes and smarties to top. Bake for 20 mins at 170 degrees celsius, 350 fahrenheit.
4 tablespoons of red food colouring
