Today, we show you how to make cabbage wraps with ground turkey and vegetable stir fry and a cheesy marinara sauce. Great for a quick and healthy meal option when you want to be healthy but are on the go!

INGREDIENTS
2 brussels sprout leaves
1/2 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp minced red pepper
2 Tbsp ground turkey
1 tsp cooked rice
1/2 tsp quail egg, whisked
1/2 tsp breadcrumbs
2 tsp marinara sauce
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
RECIPE
Boil water and add leaves. Cook for 2 minutes. To a skillet add onion, pepper and ground turkey, cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add to bowl with rice, egg, and breadcrumbs stir.
Fill each leaf with turkey mixture and roll. Return stuffed leaves to the skillet and cook with marinara until warmed through. Top with cheese.
