Ingredients
• 1/4 cup butter (60 g)
• 2 cups mini marshmallows (116 g)
• 2 1/2 cups coloured marshmallows (119 g)
Procedure:
Melt butter and marshmallows in a microwavable bowl. Heat for 30 second intervals, stirring until completely melted. Mix in coloured marshmallows, stirring gently and with as few strokes as possible. Using greased spoons (I used butter), drop spoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture onto a silicone mat, or parchment paper. Allow to cool completely.
