Tuna Steak
1 8-ounce tuna steak, sliced 1-inch thick
Sea salt and black pepper seasoning, to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Lemon wedges, to serve

1.Season tuna with salt and black pepper seasoning on both sides.
2.Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot sear the tuna on each side, about 2 minutes per side, until a deep golden crust forms and the tuna is rare on the inside. Remove to a cutting board, slice and serve with lemon.
