4 ounces butter, room temperature
6 ounces sugar
2 ounces brown sugar
Pinch (1/4 tsp) kosher salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 egg yolks
5 1/4 ounces all purpose flour, sifted
4 ounces cocoa powder, sifted
6 ounces of hot coffee, water, tea, or milk
