Ingredients

Idli
Hung curd
Carrom seeds powder
Lime juice
Salt
Red chilli powder
Ginger garlic paste
Tomato square pieces
Onion square pieces
Capsicum square pieces
Chat masala
Cabbage chopped

Preparation

Cut idli into pieces
In hung curd, mix ginger garlic paste, carrom seeds powder, salt, red chilli powder and lime juice.
In a toothpick, insert capsicum, idli, onion and tomato.
Marinate this with curd dip for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, grease the tawa with oil and cook it from all the sides.
Garnish it with chopped cabbage
