These jumbo monster cookies are inspired by a recipe on Pinterest by Center Cut Cook:
2 1/4 Oats (Gluten Free if needed)
1 tsp baking soda
8 oz no stir natural peanut butter
1/4 c butter room temperature
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg + 1 egg white
1/2 c M&M’s candies
1/2 c Chocolate Chips
1/2 c nuts (optional)
