Try this famous street food Kanda Bhajiya at home in simple way.

Ingredients
• Gram flour (besan) – 1 cup
• Onion – 2 piece
• Ginger – Small piece
• Garlic – 4 piece
• Red chilli powder – 1t-spoon
• Coriander powder – 1t-spoon
• Asafoetida (Hing) – 1/4th t-spoon
• Fennel seeds (saunf) – ½ t-spoon
• Salt to taste
• oil for deep fry

Procedure
Step 1: First of all, cut onion into long shredded pieces. Chop ginger and garlic finely as well.
Step 2: Mix the chopped onion, garlic and ginger in a big vessel after adding salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of red chilli powder, 1 tbsp of coriander, 1 tbsp of fennel (saunf) and a pinch of asafoetida (hing).
Step 3: Add a cup of gram flour (besan) and mix well after adding some water to make a slimy paste.
Step 4: Deep fry the mixture in little portions by heating a vessel filled with oil.
Step 5: Keep flipping the portions after 4-5 minutes until it turns golden brown in colour.
Hot and delicious pyaaz pakodas are ready to be served with some green chutney
