King Prawn Frittata Recipe
INGREDIENTS
– King prawns 5
– Eggs 5
– Cherry tomatoes 6
– Yellow capsicum ½
– Mint 1 bunch
– Goats cheese 250 g
– Dried chilli 1pinch
– Parmesan cheese 150g
– Salt/pepper
RECIPE
• Clean king prawns
• In a large bowl add eggs, cream, parmesan cheese and whisk till combined
• Heat pan in fire add caps, cherries, and prawns then add egg mix and top w parmesan
cheese. Cook till done
Smoked Trout Aioli
INGREDIENTS
– Smoked trout 1
– Eggs yolks 3
– Capers 1tsp
– Dijon mustard 1tbs
– Garlic 1 clove
– Lemon 2
– Oil 400g
– Salt and pepper
RECIPE
• Add eggs yolks Dijon, lemon rind and juice to a bowl and whisks adding oil till it all
comes together.
• season to taste then fold through smoked fish …
